Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Autoluxuries Auto Detailing LLC ("Autoluxuries", "we", "us"), a mobile detailing business serving Vancouver, WA and the Portland, OR area. By booking a service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and pricing

Prices on our website are starting prices. The final price depends on the size, type and condition of the vehicle, boat or RV. Boats and RVs are priced per foot with a minimum per service. We confirm the price with you before we begin.

3. Extra charges

Additional work needed to achieve a good result may be charged separately, including heavy soiling, seat or carpet stains that require extraction, excessive pet hair, mud, mold or mildew, heavy oxidation, and mineral or environmental contaminants such as hard water spots, tar or overspray. Extra charges are always explained and confirmed with you before the work begins.

4. Bookings

Appointments can be requested online, by phone or by text. An appointment is confirmed once we confirm the date, time and price with you. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

5. Memberships

Memberships are billed automatically every month from the day you sign up until you cancel, plus any applicable taxes. Your first membership visit is a complete Full Detail; at that visit you pay the difference between the regular Full Detail price for your vehicle and your plan's monthly price. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancelling stops future monthly charges. The full membership terms are shown and accepted at checkout.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Wix and its payment providers. Payment for services not paid online is due when the service is completed.

7. Your vehicle

Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your service. Please let us know before we start about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, or areas that need special care. Results can vary with the age and condition of the paint, interior materials and surfaces.
